At Wahid, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you can reach out to us directly via WhatsApp with clear photos or videos showing the issue. Once we verify the fault from our end, InshAllah, we will guide you through the return process smoothly. Please note that returns are only accepted in case of a genuine fault or manufacturing issue from our side.

Exchange Policy

Need a different size or color? No worries — Wahid offers absolutely free exchanges for such cases. If the product doesn't fit right or if there's a color mismatch, simply contact us within 3 days of receiving the parcel. We’ll make sure your exchange is processed without any extra cost, InshAllah. Just remember: the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging to qualify for exchange.
